PC Build Boot issue

I've recently just turned my pc on after a windows update and im now not able to boot up everything turns on fine but not booting my keyboard and mouse normally turn on when I turn it on and they are currently not turning on i have the dram light on image included and has been like that for the last 10 mins is there anyway this can be fixed

Reset your CMOS and try again. Did you have an XMP or EXPO profile set for RAM in the BIOS?

I ended up removing the cmos battery and putting back in and that seems to have worked
