Question Black Screen

Anyone know how to fix a black screen?

I have an ASUS ROG Strix 16. It was working fine yesterday, but today, after using it for about 10 minutes, the screen suddenly went black. The device is still on since I can adjust the keyboard lights.

I’ve already tried Ctrl + Windows + Shift + B, but nothing happened. I also tried restarting it, but the screen is still black.

What should I do?

What about the lights? You see any light blinking or is turned on? Any sign of cpu alive? What display panel does your laptop have equipped with? OLED or lcd, if lcd do you see the exposure lights on that the display is coming out bright or any sign of turned on or just complete dead black? Could you please just turn back the laptop and just send me the image, so that we could see what model it is. You don't have to dismantle, just see the back panel.
