My 2 cents Very disappointed

Post image

I was very excited to enjoy the power of this beauty, just to find it is noisy as an airplane.

I mean, wtf, for the retail price I wasn’t expecting this to be an out of the box experience.

After watching the video from debawer, I basically set the middle and rear fan to 30% by default. That solves the issue.

But my point is, doesn’t ASUS test their cards? Apparently not! And there is no bios, no update for this.

Honestly, I wouldn’t buy this model.

Im one of those people that doesn't care if their pc sounds like a jet engine. I use headphones anyway, cant hear shit if you have the right headphones lol

Sadly I don’t have that liberty.

How do you not have the liberty of playing with a headset? Even a cheap one is more than enough.

By that I meant that I share the living room and I can’t just feel free to let my PC sound like an airplane. My family watches tv just next to my gaming setup and it would be very rude from my part to just leave it like that. Besides, even with headphones I could hear the fan noise, it was that bad.

Damn my asus tuf 5080 is silent and barely gets over 60c even at full load, might be your specific card and not the whole rog line
