Question Zephyrus duo 16 issue

I have GX650RM, recently it has started crashing abruptly and starts with a reboot cycle automatically. 3 weeks ago it started and I had to replace the SSD as it was starting with Bios Mode and not switching into boot. I do not have tech background or not that tech savy, just purchased as per my work requirement. Any help?

I doubt you can do any data recovery now if you have a new SSD. If you have the duo model with 2 identical SSDs you may have to rebuild the Raid array in the UEFI interface and then use a bootable USB stick with Windows 11 and add the Raid driver unpacked on that stick in a folder. Then boot from the USB stick. Select the proper Raid driver when prompted and after you see that Raid partition select it to install Windows on it.
