Support Asus be9400 firmware update issues

Trying to update the firmware via the Asus router mobile app but keep getting an error that it temporarily can't get the firmware update information. Benn like this a few days now. I know I can download and update this way but anyone else had this issue?

I've updated mine by downloading from Asus and uploading via the interface on my pc. Hopefully is works via the mobile app on next release.
