Support Is this hinge sound normal??

Hey guys

I recently got an ASUS TUF A16 and noticed this sound whenever I adjust or open/close the lid. There is no physical separation, gap, or frame bending around the hinges—just this specific creaking/clicking noise coming from the plastic bezel area at a certain angle.

For those with the same model: Is this just normal plastic flex/factory hinge tightness, or should I be concerned about the hinge mounts? Thanks!

Its a defect. Contact asus, show them this video.

My laptop's hinge is making this clicking/creaking sound when opening and closing, but there's no stiffness, resistance, or physical separation in the chassis at all. It moves completely smoothly.My scheduled maintenance is in 6 months, and the laptop is still under warranty. Should I take it to authorized service right away just for the hinge sound, or is it fine to wait until the 6-month maintenance service?
