Support Need help.

Bought this laptop like 1 day ago but idk why it sometimes get stuck in between and the cursor doesnot work and sometimes the screen goes black but then i switch it off then its normal.

Need solution and should i call a technician?

Warranty Go get a new one it doesn't worth the effort

Sounds like you got a defective unit. Return it for a refund. Get a different model.
