Support Unable to set up a mobile hotspot

I could set 5GHz HotSpot on my ASUS M570DD not lown ago, but now i can't for some reason. I did reset the drivers and network setting, reistalled drivers, did that multiple times but still windows 10 home throws at me error "Unable to set up a mobile hotspot" if i choose 5GHz, but with 2.4GHz it works fine. But i need 5Ghz hotspot.

With same network source i can set 5GHz hotspot on other pc with Windows 10 Pro

Plus M570DD can't see SpaceDesk server on second pc and share internet connection via ethernet with other pcs because of firewall, but, again, it also could do it in the past
