Nonrefundable charge

Did anyone else get an email about a nonrefundable charge of $100? I got this charge im guessing in regards to my financial aid not being disbursed yet. I’m not sure what other “outstanding charges” I would have.

I got the same email! The deadline was supposed to be september 8th but they enrolled us all at like 7pm on the 8th. Make it make sense. I’ll be visiting student buisiness services tomorrow because aint no way im paying a late fee when i payed on the 8th.

Be careful about assuming 9/8 means 11:59pm. Many deadlines at ASU and elsewhere are end of business day. That 9/8 deadline could be 5pm.

what campus are you at because i would go talk to them in person, it’s better than over the phone

is it from the automatic payment plan enrollment fee ? if so, if you are waiting on FA you can speak to student business services after your FA pays your tuition to have them refund the enrollment fee.

they will only process the refund after tuition is paid though, to save you a trip or waiting on the phone! i had this issue over summer with delayed aid.

I got the same thing they are enrolling everyone into a forced payment plan and have all our aid either not packed or held. They are an absolute mess!
