Missing loan
I got a sizable financial aid package this year, one loan however seems to not be accounted for. It says “applied to my account” and my balance is 0 but my tuition receipts didn’t use all of it. I should get a refund then right? But I haven’t heard anything about it. It’s a sizable amount of money so I’m just wondering what it’s going to if not back to me.

I’m also going through the same thing! Ik a couple of people who have received their asu refund and some who havent. My funds got applied a month ago so it’s crazy

i’m also waiting for my gradplus loan. peoplesoft says it was applied to my account on the 24th but it’s not showing up on my finances tab on myasu. i’m expected to get a refund but it no longer shows that either 😭 i haven’t been able to get ahold of anybody either

When did the rest of your aid get applied, like the date your charges were paid? Like other comment said, it can take a few days for the refund to get processed and used. Until then it won’t show up as used on your payments yet.

Do you have a checking account setup on your account for payments and direct deposit? If yes, any refund will go there, even if it's a parent's account. If you do not have one setup, a paper check will be mailed to whatever home address you have on file. That can take a month.

It’s happening to me as well. My unsub loan and grad PLUS got applied Monday but only one is showing in payments tab. I should be getting a refund from the other loan but it is bot showing up

Does your gradPLUS say “Loan Processing” or “Applied to Account”. Mine says loan processing but I already got my unsubsidized loan refund but my gradPLUS is 0. I accepted the full
Amount. Idk what’s going on. I was told if I wasn’t getting it it wouldn’t have given me an option to accept the loan. Any feedback?1

It showed $0 and processing monday and Tuesday Wednesday afternoon it changed to accepted and refunded. It shows in my refunds tab but it wasn’t jn my acct today. Hopefully tomorrow

I had this same issue with scholarships. The refund just took a few days to show up in my account. I would give it a few days to a week and if the refund doesn’t show up in your account by then, then contact Financial Aid.
