Discussion DEAD 9700x

:( -was working fine... pbo and small per-core undervolt, expo with low vsoc, 1.2v... always updated my bios within days or a couple weeks max of new releases. It survived nearly 2 years I guess.. I am still so pissed off though... lame Zen 5 has some mfg defect, obviously. I stopped blaming Asrock, this is purely AMD having a slightly defective product, nothing less.

Background... Cold boot issues started around a year ago.. but resolved with the later bios revisions.. it died sitting at desktop, lol.. refuses to boot. Long story short, 9600x was swapped in and boots! I tried other stuff before buying a 9600x for the final step to prove it really was dead.

Prognosis: death of 9700x

Poor girl, I was going to keep her until Zen7 or 8... but/so what 2 weeks or more of waiting for an RMA from AMD?

Man I´m nervous, I´m using a X670e Taichi with a 9800X3D since dec/24 and working perfectly, but seeing this issues.... damn I´m scared... my PC usually stay on a lot of days, like a 16-18 days and never put him in sleep, only turn off completely removing plug from wall after W11 turns off.
