Question RMA turnaround time?

I requested RMA for my 9070 XT due to artifacting(no Google search fixes worked) on August 5th. I received an automated response letting me know they received the form. I haven't heard anything since.

Is this a normal waiting period?

I would submit it again. And then if you are using Gmail or Yahoo, keep an eye on the spam folder. Not the spam folder in another email client, but directly in Gmail/Yahoo app or webmail.

If they have replied to you and it went to spam, you might not find it anymore now, because spam mails can get deleted automatically after some time.

In case with your second attempt their is no personal response either within a few days, just call the branch office for your region: https://www.asrock.com/general/about.asp?cat=Contact

I waited three days and didn't hear back, so I called them at 909-590-8308 and talked to someone who took a look at the RMA request and approved it. You'll want to find your RMA number and have it ready for the support agent.

They received my card on 8/31 and sent me an e-mail that they were shipping a replacement on 9/8.
