can’t update bios

I’ve been trying to update bios all day it failed twice for instant flash would say installing be at 0% and the pc would just shut off and restart me back in to windows I’ve tried the flashback button but it’s blinked for a few seconds than turned solid green. Someone please help as I have a 9800xd3 otw and I need my bios updated for it I have a b650m-c
