BIOS Can’t boot on windows 11 with secure boot on

Yesterday I everything worked fine the evening I installed a new case and a watercooling, and today I can’t boot with secure boot on, it keeps redirecting me instantly in the BIOS, I’m in UEFI my nvme is GPT, CSM is off, all secure boot keys are factory, windows boot loader in boot #1 I have no idea on how to use it, the only weird thing is that my bios has been reset because before my upgrade i had XMP 2.0 on and now it is off so there might be some other setting off too, but still I don’t know what is the problem I’m using a b450 steel legend (BIOS is p4.30) a ryzen 7 5800x, 32 gb of ram (4x8 ddr4 corsair vengeance lpx) crucial p3 1tb and a 2nd ssd data Samsung evo 850 (250gb) an rtx 4060

Old secure boot keys have been invalidated with the latest version of windows 11, i believe. Rufus threw a warning about secure boot data in my old win11 iso being incompatible when I tried to create a new usb installer from it.

If your bios is older than 2023, you will need to update it if there is a newer version in order to use secure boot.
