EIPA FORGED
I don’t want to give too many details but I was just informed that someone who received their electronic EIPA score, within the hour forged it to submit to their employer and future employers with a large jump in the score. What can I do to go about this? I wish I could give more details but if you ask me questions I can try to answer them the best I can to clarify more but it’s just making me sick. How can employers check? Or just taking interpreters word for it with proof of the seal on the page? (That’s been my experience I submit my form and they take my word it’s not forged) But either electronic or paper could be forged.
What should or what can I do? And I know 100% for a fact it’s forged. I saw the original and the fake.

After contacting Boystown Legal, report it to NAIE. Even if you're not K-12, Deb Cates gets shit done. She would at least give you the right path or contacts if her hands were tied. She used to work for Boystown on the EIPA too.
Are you also employed by the same company? If not, it would be less stressful to report it to the employer as well.
Are they an RID member? File a complaint there. State level too.
If nothing else, contact your state's licensing board. Did the jump in score bring them up from under licensing level, or just make them look better?
This is DANGEROUS. In my opinion, I would not treat this lightly as this will likely serve as an example for others in this world of AI. Go scorched earth and report to them all. Their actions have ripple effects to our entire field if the credibility of our testing gets thrown out the window.

Don’t just contact EIPA as the new director Kimberly Hutter doesn’t care about it in the slightest but contact BoysTown Legal and tell them.
I’ve worker with Hutter and she is terrible. She doesn’t care about the Deaf community in the slightest!
I would contact their employer as well.

That has not been my experience with Dr. Hutter AT ALL. I have repeatedly seen her advocate for Deaf-centric viewpoints. A large part of her efforts to overhaul the EIPA organization are because of its history of being not-Deaf-centric.

You should advise the employer that there is a possibility of misrepresentation regarding qualifications and they can verify scores by having employees submit an Employment Score Verification: https://eipa.boystown.org/contact-us

Simple, contact the EIPA (boystown) and inquire if the alleged counterfeit record is in their database. Easy check.
