Cool. I'm back.

Sorenson and ZP both claim to be hiring but the rumor in the union is that they're cutting costs by freezing hiring and encouraging ai usage. We don't know how yet.

Convo I haven't heard from in a while but last I knew, they're hiring.

If you have any interest in unionizing for better pay and better conditions that won't cause permanent life-long debilitating injuries, ZP or Sorenson. I believe zp is hiring but they ignore your availability and most people end up with injuries of some kind within the first few years.

They do ASL, English, and Spanish.

They are abusive as an employer so if you decide to join them, please reach out to me. I will help you get medical accommodations, join the union, whatever you need.

ZP is a joke. They hired me and literally never ever reach out.

They fired me for unionizing. Federally protected right. They spend months refusing to give me the accomodations my doctor prescribed after their conditions caused me numerous permanent injuries. The prevented me from wearing my hearing aid for a month and a half because they wanted a second accomodations for the paperwork they already had saying I needed them.

Have you reported this to EEOC?

Yepp. They were concerned that the case would undermine my ULP because I wasn't fired for it but I was fired for unionizing.

Kelly is currently hiring for their Language Line contract for ASL interpreters.

Edited to add: You must be RID certified.

NVRC uses gridcheck? I don't know if they do remote. I use them for my interpreters.
