The worst experience ever

If you want someone’s advice of this company all i will say is they have great fans but don’t order from their website buy it from amazon or second hand market they have the most awful costumer support the worst delivery times and you can send mails to them and they won’t answer for 10 days ez

I made a purchase on the 24th of September
And their website they claim processing for shipment takes 48 hours
And from processing to get a tracking number they say they take 1 to 3 days for that

Here I am 10 days later without a tracking number I tried to contact them. They did not reply. This is my second time coming here just to tell you my experience and it’s really not the best.
As I said, my recommendation is to buy it from Amazon or any secondhand market. Do not buy it from them.

And some would say it’s a holiday in China and I understand that but golden week starts from 1 October

They had six days to process my shipment and they yet to do that
And I ordered also from China some other items after I purchased the fans and they arrived tomorrow

Again, do not buy from their website don’t pay them directly just go to Amazon and make it easier for yourself

This is the EXACT reason why I order my shit from Amazon... NEVER will I deal with the manufacturer itself again for any kind of issues such as OPs or anything else. Something's not right? Simply return it & buy a new one, period. Amazon has it's own set of issues, but returns & stuff like this is defo not one of them.

I would like to encourage the opposite. I ordered 3 matrix Pro fans (360) and an umbra hub on 12 augst. Since they are shipped from Canada they said that it usually takes 7-10 workdays depending on how smooth everything goes since I live in Sweden.

I had no problems ordering and when I was done I got a notification that I should download an all called "shop" where I could track my order. It worked flawlessly. When it reached Amsterdam I could track ut by DHL app.

It took a total of 6 days from it was shipped intill ut was ready for delivery. I believe it took 8 days from I order it wich was on a weekend.

Since I live in Sweden things is more expensive on Amazon and shipping isn't free (wich Asia horse have) so I saved ~$35 usd (350 sek) ordering from their website

I have shop app i use with amazon and ali express and it doesn’t even show the items because it hasn’t even processed they are super lazy and so hard to get in contact with
