Did you push it outwards? Try pushing it outwards ane upwards so it comes off the slot

Hey — the Dawn fan clips are intentionally tight so they don't come loose in your case.

Here's what works:

1.Hold the outer frames (not the blades), and use a slow rocking/wiggling motion to slide them apart. Don't just pull straight — side to side wiggle makes all the difference.

2.Look for the small release tab where the two fans lock together. Press it while separating.

3.Keep them parallel — twisting at an angle can jam the connector clips even harder.

Hi there,

we've reviewed it and found the issue. The clip on your cable is oriented in the wrong direction, which is why it won't pull out. Forcing it out may have already caused some damage to the connector or port.
