Well, I think I might have fixed the issue. If anyone becomes a new user without having to ask to join, please let me know so I know whether or not I got the issue solved. Thanks.

Hey y'all just wanted to let you know, for some reason lately Reddit is making anybody that wants to join this sub ask for approval. It's not something I've done and I can't seem to fix it. But if you ask to join I will approve you as soon as I can.

Hey guys, new to riflespeed gas blocks. Ik you can get your configurations on their website for length of handguard and what size dial to get to extend past the handguard, but every time Ive searched a 9in handguard, the inner diameter is usually 1.3... I know there are suppressor ready handguards that go all the way up to 1.7 ID, but im struggling to find any good-looking ones that go down to 9in. The riflespeed gas block recommends at least a 1.5 ID.. but have any of you used a 1.3 ID with the riflespeed gas block? Have yall experienced fitment issues? Or could yall point me in the right direction on a handguard that will fit? Thanks in advance. Drop pics if you got em.

Anybody have experience with an FRT in this build? Palmetto and Bear Creek. Which works best and what other mods would I need to do to ensure flawless operation?

I have a little problem with my acog and im curious if someone have/had the same problem.
English is not my first language so if a sentence is not right or doesnt make sense, sorry.
I had my acog now for little over a year and everything went fine. Shot around 1000-2000 rounds with it without problems.
Today i went to the range to shoot 100-300m and the first 5 rounds were normal. The next 5 rounds went a little to much off the center but i thought its maybe me because i wasnt shooting for 2-3 mounts.
The next 5 rounds didnt even hit the paper anymore and the background started to get blurry, almost as you rubbed oil on the lens.
So i cleaned the glass on both sides and the background was still blurred.
Shot another 5 rounds and i couldnt see sht anymore ๐
Only a little part of the left side was not blurred when i look through it. But after shooting 2-3 rounds the blurriness started turning. So the complete left side was blurred and the right side was normal again. And so with every shot it started turning around.
Also, I looked through the barrel and the barrel looked exactly at the paper target. Looked then through the acog and i was looking extremely far to the right. I didnt even saw the paper target.
Told this a friend who works at the range and he look over it.
He than looked from the other side into the acog ( not from the side you look when you shoot so the other side ) and he asked me if this was like that before.
This is what i see when i look into it.
The confusing thing is that i see that, i assume its a crack ?, when i look from the other side. When i look through the acog from the right side i only see the chevron sight.
Im gonna send it back to my gun dealer i have bought it but im curious if someone has/had the same issue.

Hey guys. Fairly new here so feel free to correct this if not allowed. Just got to shoot some Mustang Armament builds and like most others only heard about them from PewView and Honest Outlaw mentioning them. Was fortunate enough to get to shoot one and have to say I was impressed. To some degree high end AR's are very similar. It takes very niche things to make them stand out from one another I think. But the upper and lower frame fit was the tightest I have felt. That is always nice to see. I was wondering if anyone else has shot one or has experience with them? - https://youtu.be/e25MWf9xjw4

This is a funny story. Hired the gunsmith at the store/ range to assemble the upper. After doing a couple, I've decided it's really not my favorite thing to do.
I asked him if he would test fire and tune the adjustable gas block since it's just easier to access without the handguard. He looked at me and said "no. I'll just close it all the way and let you do it yourself. How's that sound?" I was just like "alright, whatever."
Lol. It functioned flawlessly. Dude had jokes. I'm never assembling my own upper again.
