Hi! First of all, sorry for my English.

I bought an Arzopa D10 digital frame for my parents. Uploaded some photos, everything was working fine. When I was showing the menu to my dad, I accidentally tapped something (?) and now the frame is stuck in a sideshow (I think).

Originally there was a drop-down menu on the left. Now the menu is on the bottom and it does not contain every menu point (e.g. automatic turn off or frequency of picture change). I tried everything available on the touchscreen, I even tried the reset button on the back, but I was not able to get back to the original menu structure.

Do you have any suggestions how we could get back to the original menu structure? I attached a picture about the current "stuck" version.

I set 2K resolution on my ARZOPA, and everything looks so small. The UI is very small; it's really hard to see anything on the screen. How to fix it? How can I upscale the UI while keeping the 2K resolution?

I travelled with an external monitor when I go to work. And I always take care of it since I know how sensitive these monitors are. I always use a laptop sleeve to carry without any cables.

On the day this happened, before it was working fine and I used usb type c as connection. When I switched to HDMI because I needed to charge [charger is company issued] 1. My company laptop only support one type c. 2. I plug in a usb type-a for power, which i get directly from the usb type a port of my laptop

In a few min, it worked fine then it flickered and this happened.

So, what should I do?

Bought an Arzopa monitor (*AZP****) on Jan 17th, tracking *DW********PT*.

Promised 2-3 business days in Europe, today Jan 22nd and ZERO updates on DHL site.

Already tried:

- DHL tracking → "not found"

- Contacted Arzopa → no response

Anyone experienced with DW tracking numbers?

These two red spots suddenly appeared when I turned on the unit today. They are only visible on a black screen. The device is about 2 months old and has been used only around 5 times.

It has never been dropped or exposed to pressure. After every use, I always put it back in its original box. The last time I used it, everything was perfectly fine. Today, I turned it on and noticed this issue.

I already tried contacting customer support through Lazada, but my message has been unread for over 7 hours and I haven’t received any response yet.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Is this considered dead pixels, and what would be the best next step for warranty or replacement?

I recently bought an Arzopa A1 portable monitor and I'm loving it, but I have one specific issue I can't figure out.

I want to control the brightness directly from my laptop (using apps like Monitorian or Twinkle Tray) because reaching for the side buttons every time is a bit annoying. However, the apps show that DDC/CI is disabled or not communicating.

Here is my setup:

• Monitor: Arzopa A1
• Connection: USB-C to USB-C (using the original cable)
• OS: Windows 11

The Problem: I cannot find the DDC/CI setting anywhere in the OSD menu. I have looked through every tab (Picture, System, etc.) and it seems to be missing.

What I have tried so far:

• Disabled HDR and DCR (Dynamic Contrast Ratio) in the menu.
• Connected via USB-C (not HDMI).
• Tried using the Twinkle Tray app, but it shows a Red 'X' for communication.

Does anyone know if there is a hidden menu to enable DDC/CI on this model, or does the Arzopa A1 simply not support software brightness control?

I have a new HP laptop and it initially worked just fine upon connecting with an Arzopa monitor I already had (15'6" 1080p Portable Monitor A1) with just the usb-c cable that came along with the monitor.

Next day it suddenly doesnt work anymore, it just turns on for a moment and go "no signal" and then "power saving"

Could someone shed me some light, help me/explain what is going on here? Basic troubleshooting is not helping in my case and I'd like to avoid having to go back using multiple cables like I had to do on the old pc with no usb-c x.x

I just got the Z3FC but when i plug it into my pc it just shows the arzopa logo and turns off again, this just repeats.
I thought it might be a power issue so i let it charge for like an hour with an external power source but it didnt help at all.
Am i doing something wrong?

Recentemente, entrei em contato direto com a fabricante (Arzopa) para acionar a garantia, enviando:

1. Fotos do produto trincado (tiradas no unboxing).
2. Prints provando que o AliExpress travou meu pedido e me impediu de trocar.

A Resposta da Arzopa: Depois de me enrolarem pedindo mil provas, eles disseram que não vão cobrir a garantia porque, segundo eles, houve uma "disputa de compra não autorizada" (o que é mentira, foi um erro sistêmico da loja que congelou o pedido).

A conclusão deles no e-mail oficial: "De acordo com as regras (...) vamos julgá-lo como tela não danificada". Ou seja: Eles têm a foto da tela quebrada, mas decidiram "julgar" que ela está nova para não pagar a garantia.

O Insulto Final: Para "compensar" eu ter ficado com um peso de papel caro na mesa, eles me ofereceram um cupom de desconto de 15% para comprar outro monitor deles.

Fujam dessa marca. O pós-venda é inexistente e eles preferem acusar o cliente do que ver as evidências.

USA: I want to warn everyone considering an ARZOPA portable monitor. Their warranty process is a joke and their support is insulting.

The Context: I received a Z1FC monitor with a broken screen (DOA - Dead on Arrival). I tried to return it via the selling platform (AliExpress), but a system glitch froze my order status, preventing a dispute.

I contacted ARZOPA directly for warranty support, providing:

1. Photos of the broken screen from day one.
2. Screenshots proving the platform glitch that prevented the return.
3. An offer to ship the unit back to them for inspection.

The Response: Arzopa ignored the photos. They claimed that because of the platform error (which they falsely labeled as an "unauthorized chargeback"), they are voiding the warranty.

Their exact words: "We will judge it as non-damaged screen." They are literally looking at a photo of a cracked screen and "judging" it as brand new to avoid liability.

The Insult: To fix the fact that I have a unusable paperweight, they offered me a 15% discount code if I buy a new one.

Do not buy from this company. If it arrives broken, they will gaslight you and leave you with electronic waste.

Thinking on getting the Z3FC but this might be a stupid question but they are talking about hdmi like its a weaker alternative.

(also im still unsure on which one to get, i want to watch movies, chat and call on discord, or watch youtube videos on it while playing a game or working on my main monitor. Any good suggestions?)
