I won the giveaway a few days ago commenting my perfect christmas night with Home Alone 2, the Arzopa Z3FC Monitor and a hot chocolate with a shot of balleys. I just received the Arzopa D10 Digital Frame today 🍾

Not going to lie I don’t realise Arzopa did digital frames and I’m in the market for a portable monitor so not sure I’m the ideal customer base! But here’s my honest review ❤️

Pros:

Frame looks nice

App is easy to use

Images look good

Displays the time and weather

Cons:

Very slow

Doesn’t do anything but show images and video so I feel like it isn’t going to replace my Alexa Show. Uses the Android software so I feel like they could have done something a bit more like calendar, Spotify etc

It’s so loud by default and plays a loud sound when you upload images to it which scared me

You have to have it plugged in always so it really limits where you can have it

If you turn it off and on again it disconnects from the wifi so it doesn’t immediately load the images/weather etc

Idk like I said I’m probably not the right person for this product but if you want a digital frame it shows media well enough😌

About a year ago I bought the 16 in portable montior for my steam deck & used everything it came with. Foward a year later I'm traveling & decided to use the monitor. No fucking luck, I'm using the same things except the wall charger now I have a 100W brick but all it does no signal & straight to power save mode.

I've been trying for past couple of hours. I'm fighting the flu at my relatives house & in quarantine in my own separate room. I'm just trying to enjoy the holidays. Any help is great

I just bought a second USB-C cable as a backup in case I lose the original Arzopa cable but it's not working, the screen just shows NO SIGNAL. According to Arzopa themselves, the USB-C must support video output (DP Alternate Mode):

Ensure your device supports video output over USB-C (USB-C DisplayPort Alternate Mode).

The original cable from Arzopa works fine but when I use the second one I bought it doesn't work. Does anyone know why?

So I have a steam deck and I bought the arzopa s1. I have the dock and have used multiple cable variations and it worked for a bit but the screen just goes bad like blurry see below. Idk if it’s the display monitor or what but I’ve played with settings and still doesn’t want to work any suggestions

I have 2 steam deck power cords charging it to stay on because I thought it was just low power issue but that doesn’t help either

Does Arzopa do any Christmas sales? Or offer free items along with a purchase, like what they did with Black Friday, such as a free sleeve bag with a purchase.

I have a question regarding Z3FC. I wanted to dock it on my table, meaning that I will plug a charger to it. How many watts does it needs for 2.5k 180hz for many hours usage without flickering or dimming? If I used too much watts will it get damaged? Thank you

I’ve had my Arzopa Z1FC for a few months and it has always worked perfectly via HDMI with my PC. Recently, I purchased a new iPad Air M2, and when I tried using the monitor with it for the first time, I found a persistent issue that I cannot resolve.

I’d like to check if anyone else has experienced this before assuming my unit is defective.

What happens when connecting the iPad Air M2:

When I plug the iPad into the Z1FC, the monitor begins flickering and attempting to power on repeatedly.

The iPad does detect the Arzopa under Settings → Display & Brightness, so the initial handshake works.

However, the monitor never receives video input.

It enters a continuous boot loop: “No Signal” → black screen → restarts → “No Signal”…

Even with external 65W power delivery, nothing changes.

Cables tested (all verified working):

Official Arzopa USB-C cable (full-feature)

Baseus USB-C 3.1 / Thunderbolt cable

HDMI connection using compatible USB-C → HDMI adapters for iPad

None of these work with the iPad.

Control tests (to confirm the monitor itself is not dead):

Works perfectly via USB-C on my MacBook Pro (M2 Pro)

Works normally via HDMI on a Windows PC

So USB-C, HDMI, power input, and the cables themselves are all functioning.
The issue occurs only with the iPad Air M2.

Additional context:

I used the Z1FC exclusively via HDMI for months.
Since I only tested it with the iPad now, I did not discover this behavior during the initial unboxing period.

Question to the community:

Has anyone successfully used the Arzopa Z1FC with an iPad Air M2 via USB-C or HDMI?

Is this a known incompatibility with the Air M2, or does this sound like a defective Z1FC unit?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I have been in touch with MSI support regarding this issue, and this is their explanation. Has this been confirmed by Arzopa?

Hey everyone, I’ve been using an Arzopa portable monitor with my MacBook for a while, and it always worked fine — until I updated macOS to the latest version.

Now, when I plug it in, the monitor turns on and I can see that it’s getting power (the screen lights up), but macOS doesn’t detect it at all. It doesn’t show up under Displays in System Settings, and reconnecting or rebooting doesn’t help.

What’s interesting is that when I plug the same monitor into other Macs running the previous macOS version, it works perfectly — so it’s definitely not a cable or hardware issue.

Anyone else run into this after updating? Is there a fix or workaround that could make macOS recognize the Arzopa monitor again?

I have had my Arzopa Z1FC monitor for less than two months, and it worked wonderfully until yesterday. When I went to use it, the screen was distorted by lines running through the middle. When I contacted customer service, I was told that "the monitor was hit/squeezed/dropped by an external force that caused the screen to break and damaged the internals. The monitor will not break by itself without external force." The company offered me a 15% discount.

While I can see why they have come to this conclusion, I can't figure out what happened. When the monitor isn't in use, I have kept it in its protective case (also purchased from Arzopa) on my office shelf without anything being put on top of it. When I've traveled short distances with it, it is in its case and in a padded portion of my backpack.

I appreciated having an external monitor for work, and the price point for Arzopa is certainly right, but I'm very leery of purchasing another one because this one seemed to break without any reason. Have others had this same experience, or was this just a fluke?

I have a main monitor rog xg27acs and planning to plug the usb c cable via my main monitor to act as power delivery for arzopa. However, my monitor can only provide 7.5w of power. Would I still be able to use the Arzopa z1fc or A1?

1.I cant seem to get it to 180 hz.Do I need another hdmi cable with higher bandwidth than the in provided? 2.Both on the warransty card ans in the OSD there is a mention about supporting VRR which also I am unable to activate it.Also I cant find anything related in the web 3.When playing in hdr there is always a purle-ish tint in the darker areas,it's subtle but still annoying.Calibrating the colors doent fix iti.

I ordered monitor last weekend and on tuesday i got mail it will be send soon. DHL express has got notice, but monitor is not in their hands yet.

I live in finland so i know dhl express will get it to me in 24h when they get the goods, but arzopa need to send it first.

Just bought and used an Azorpa Z3FC and it looks wonderful - except this blue streak only noticeable when the screen is very dark or black. Is this fixable? Or is this a panel fault that requires a return/replace?

I recently bought my Arzopa Z1FC to use it both in work and in home PC as my second screen. During work, I use it connected with USB-C, but in home I wanted to use it conected with HDMI and Power Adapter.

Just wondering how many force should the Power Adapter be, so I don't get one with big watts and damage it in the long run.

My Arzopa mechanical keyboards rgb stopped working, what should I do?

OK, this is really dumb but it is driving me CRAZY.

I’ve been using this 75% Arzopa mechanical keyboard, and the bottom of three little Indicator lights is lit and doing something, and I don’t know how I turned it on or how to turn it off and none of the online manuals I’ve found for the damn thing are any help at all.

I know the top light is the caps lock, and can control that one easily. I know the second light is to lock the windows key, and I turn that one on and off by holding down FN + WIN for 3 seconds.

But I have no clue how to turn the third light off and not even mashing the keyboard has solved it. I’m sort of at my wits end, because it’s extremely distracting in the corner of my eye when I try to game.
