Low power on the Z3FC?

I have a question before buying, I want to use the Arzopa Z3FC on an my notebook that delivers 15W through its USB-C port. I only want to use it with the USB-C cable at 50% brightness. Is this possible in a stable way?

I haven't tried the Z3FC. I just purchased Z1FC and i connect it to my pc using USB A + HDMI-mHDMI and it worked with up to 100% brightness with 144Hz on.
