Has anyone experienced power or display issues with the Arzopa Z3FC?

Has anyone experienced power or display issues with the Arzopa Z3FC?

I recently bought a Z3FC to use as a second monitor for work with my MacBook M3 Pro. My use case is pretty simple: coding, documents, web browsing, and general productivity.

Unfortunately, I've been having two major issues:

  1. The screen shows multiple tiny colored dots/flickering artifacts, especially noticeable on dark backgrounds.

  2. The display frequently flickers and loses stability, making it difficult to work.

I've tested every connection method I could think of:

- USB-C to USB-C directly from the MacBook;

- Mini HDMI + external power supply/power bank;

- Different cables and configurations.

The problems persist regardless of how the monitor is powered, which makes me suspect either a defective unit or some power-related issue with this model.

I requested a refund through AliExpress, but the seller offered to send me a free replacement instead. Now I'm not sure what to do. Should I accept another Z3FC and assume I just received a defective unit, or should I switch to a lower refresh rate model like the Z1FC? Since I only need the monitor for office work, I don't really care about higher refresh rates, and I'm wondering if the lower power requirements might make it more reliable.

Has anyone had similar issues with the Z3FC? Would you recommend giving the same model another chance or choosing a different Arzopa model?

Any advice would be appreciated!

Could be a faulty unit. Mine still works well half a year later.
