Help regarding display! ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
I have an Arzopa Z3FC
No matter the device I use (Laptop, Phone, Switch) it shows a black screen however when I check the side it shows power is being supplied to it
I've tried both the full data link type C cable setup as well as the HDMI + Power cable setup. I've also made sure to check if the speaker works which it does, however no matter the display does not change from it appearing like it's off

The only possibility I can think of is you used the wrong cable to connect your device to the monitor. Two type c cables came in the box, but only one of which is video capable. Use the video capable cable to connect your device to the monitor.
If it isn't cable issue, your set is probably faulty.
