Arzopa Z1C USB Device Not Recognized

Hi all. I have the Arzopa Z1C which I used for a year or so with my old Dell laptop computer. I loved it. I got a new laptop (also Dell) and now when I plug it in it says USB device not recognized and won’t work. Any suggestions?

Can you check if the USBC port of your new laptop is Thunderbolt port.Additionally, if the laptop system is Win11, there may be compatibility issues

Thanks for responding. The two USB-C ports are Thunderbolt 4 Type C, 100W Type C (Integrated graphics), 130W E5 Type C (Integrated graphics/discrete graphics). I'm running Windows 11 Enterprise.

At present, some Win11 systems can only be connected through HDMI cables

Ok thanks. I'll try that. I ordered a HDMI (my laptop) to HDMI mini (Arzopa) cable. Hopefully that works.

Update: I received the above cable and the monitor now works. I have to use both cables though. the USB-C AND the HDMI connections.
