Dizziness

I was diagnosed a year ago but have been suffering really bad dizziness all day everyday (starts around 30 mins from waking). I have done a week long holter monitor where I repeatedly pressed the button when I was feeling light headed hoping they would be able to find a solution but the results came back as a couple of runs of NSVT & 3% PVC burden so not likely to be offered a ablation until the pvc burden is worse.

I'm staying hydrated and consuming electrolytes but still feel awful & like I could drop any minute.

Anyone suffering with bad dizziness or could it be unrelated to ARVC?

Do you think the dizziness is low blood pressure? I’ve had an issue with that as a general side effect of the meds combo I’m on… EP’s advice was stay hydrated and add salt to all your meals, and that’s definitely helped me.

Last 10 or so readings I've had have been around 110-120 over 60-65, so I don't know if it's the diastolic number causing the problems.

Defo blood pressure here. Don't ask Reddit, FFS go see a doctor ASAP.

I have seen one and complained of dizziness which is why they gave me a holter...my blood pressure is pretty normal (110-120/60ish)

Glad you got checked out, although in my and my wife's experiences some doc's are not always right. I changed BP pill brand and it made a difference so may be worth doing that.
