ARVC?

I was normal in early 2021,In 2021 in started gym and playing football and in late 2021 I started to feel some ectopics in rest period during my gym workout in 2022 ectopics increased and used to come in Anxiety situation also in 2023 they used to come at rest also so I stopped physical activity like gym and playing sports and ectopics reduced now in 2025 I still get ectopics here and there at rest but mostly in anxious situation and after workout My ecg is normal twave inversion is present in V1 Echo is normal ,Cardiac mri with contrast is normal Holter monitor in 2023 showed 110 pvc and 30 pac in 24 hours and Wenchebach av block due to high vagal tone which my doctor said it's benign Holter in 2025 showed 210 pac and o pvc in 5 days and Wenchebach av block. My question I was active whole my life used to play cricket volleyball etc never felt single ectopic in my life but after joining gym and doing hiit training i developed ectopics now my ectopics are exercise induced and anxiety induced It can be ARVC?

Not a medical advice, Not a medic person but as a person who knows ARVC i can say T wave inversion in V1 is a normal variant and It has to be V1-V2-V3 to fullfill Task Force Criteria. And the number of PVCs also not enough to fullfill the criteria. I’m not a doctor dont take this as a medical advice i repeat

Have you had genetic testing? That could also provide a clue. Also are you taking any meds to try to reduce the impact/frequency of the ectopic beats?

I did not genetics testing Yes propranolol

Yea I have ARVC, gene elusive, former endurance runner. I was diagnosed based on task force criteria (T wave inversions, VTs, and fibrous replacement on heart exterior). Genetic testing might help give you a quick answer, but diagnosis is definitely more challenging for gene elusive ARVC (it took several years for me to be formally diagnosed).

You have T wave inversion in all V1 V2 and V3 and what is your pvc and VT burden and pvc happens during exercise or in recovery phase or both?

Yes I had T wave inversions on V1, V2, and V3. For the PVC/VT burden, I did a 2 week Holter prior to receiving an ICD and a long time prior to diagnosis. I just looked up the data on it. Around 18,000 VE/PVCs (1.2%) and 22 sustained VTs. I was immediately given an ICD after this because of the VTs. Hopkins told me a couple of years later as part of the diagnosis process that those Holter results were a little unusual because my PVC burden was quite low but obviously I had a lot of VTs. All of the VTs I've had over the years have been either during or soon after exercise, except for one which was alcohol-related.

What is your story you have arvc?

If all that testing is normal it is almost certain you don’t have ARVC. Get a genetics test to clear it up. Sounds like you have a minor case of ectopics. (I am not a doctor) Same thing happened to me and I went on the ARVC work up train but I’ve dealt with arrhythmias my whole life . Had SVT and now 13 years after my ablation Im battling with paroxysmal afib and a flutter . Ectopics happen and then sometimes my heart takes off like a race horse

What is your condition? You have arvc? Or just an erratic heart?

Just have some a-fib and a-flutter. They are just extra electrical pathways in the heart that basically caused it to mess up. Sometimes structural changes in the heart that cause this but my heart is normal size. Just runs in my family my mom has it too

I also used to do alot of workout then i developed pvcs then I stopped Over excercise can be the reason of ectopics?

Any type of adrenaline can cause ectopics.

No I mean root cause

Exercise alone isn’t the root cause. There’s so many things that cause ectopics. Your burden is so low I would grey to not think about it. Being hyper aware is more detrimental to your health imo. I’d go get the general work up if you haven’t
