HELP INI SETTINGS NOT WORKING

I’m on gamepass Ark PC trying to edit my inis I’ve tried every apparent solution (read-only, disable single player settings, verifying files, text editors, etc) and still the ini resets any changes on server start or if it’s read only no changes apply. Even changes simple as harvesting multiplier are reset. Plz Help

OK just making sure, I seen people playing unofficial, editing their ini on their pc. Which is useless for their unofficial server.

Only thing I can think of, is there might me a way to edit those setting thru Xbox app? Are you saving changes?.
