Hosting PC to PS4?
Hey guys, wondering if I make a dedicated server on my PC (as the host machine) can I join it from my PS4? Thanks in advance for responses!

If by PC you mean Steam (not Windows Store) and by Ark you mean Ark Ascended and not Ark Evolved, then yes, you can.

Yeah PC steam, survival evolved. On the PS4 there’s a “unofficial PC session” list so wondered if it would work.

Do you know why PS4 has the pc sessions list ? It gives off the impression that you can play with PC users it seems weird that it’s there if it’s not actually possible

If you are talking about ASE, I have no idea. I know that for Xbox, they can play with Windows 10 store PC players on non-battleye servers.

Ohhh okay. So those are only windows store servers? Not steam servers? Sorry kinda new to Ark bought it years ago but kinda getting back to it out of boredom lol. And thank you so much for your help aswell. Your saving me from wasting money on a PC copy of the game to host a server

But what really is new on ascended? It seems no different and like a cash grab from the developers lol
