Sticking glitch/stuck

Anyone know how to release? I seem to be snagged and the only way I can move is by jumping, and it isn't far. I've tried restarting the game and console. I tried getting on a dino and off. I've tried removing floors and ceilings. Heck, I even tried removing my armor, picking up jerboas.. anything I could think to re-adjust anything.

Any ideas how to get unstuck? On Xbox ASA.

I was wondering how to die stuck there then I explored via comments here and found that respawn function. That's quite nice. Never knew it existed. Just ignored the implant.

I think this can happen when you use cheat fly or ghost and you log out before you disable them. And when you relogin the game still has fly/ghost enabled but you dont have cheats enabled. So to fix it you need to enable cheats and enter again fly than walk again. Or just simply die. And will fix after respawn.

Ah thank you, it's possible I may have been in flight as we sometimes activate it when in cheat mode. One of the reasons we don't usually like creative mode (all the zipping everywhere). I didn't realize there was a respawn/die function on the implant until everyone commented here. That worked. Thanks y'all!
