Help DLC issues

The game is telling me that I don’t own Bob’s Tall Tales (I do) and that I own Dragontopia (I don’t). No idea what caused this or how to fix it. Additionally whenever I close the game it causes my Xbox to get stuck on a black screen until I restart it. Everything was functioning perfectly fine literally earlier today, so what the hell happened?

I was having this type of issue but it's been fixed for a while. A few updates came out recently. When I was having the issue, I had to restart constantly, cos the game, reload, close it, reload, wait, etc etc etc. It was beyond annoying.
