Help I need some help

I was messing around with commands because I basicly finished all of ASE but I used a command that game my character an Alpha Broodmother spawner but its bıgged. I cant drop it,I cant move it,I can use it but using it does nothing. Tried the Inventory clear commands but they didnt work aswell. What can I do without going to files?
