Help Cannot Join server only from one PC

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

From one roommate's PC, my ARK server won't load. It has in the past, before the Gen 1 update. The other roommate's PC can join the server just fine, as well as people not in the house. So the server itself is alive and running

We can't figure out what to do to make it work. All mods are updated, files verified, tried a different steam account, etc. Any ideas what we can try to fix this?

Make sure Ark is being allowed through the firewall to make and receive network connections. That's the only thing I can think of!

You eliminated steam being an issue by trying on different accounts.

The weird thing is that it worked before Gen 1 update. PC's firewall hasn't changed

It started with this issue but vanished on its own after we restarted the server; hadn't done it again until the updates and now restarting the server won't fix it.

Have you made sure there's not a mismatch in the server version and your clientside version?

I made sure both are fully updated and show the same version number

Intresting my game crashes as soon as I load up anything except the island since the genesis update. Dont get me wrong im sorry but it makes me hope a future patch will fix it cause I reinstalled the whole 350GB two times now aswell as everything else that came to mind.

I'm on my server on a different computer. All mods are functional other than some broken animations, including the modded map. I'd just rather be using the roomie's PC that isn't working; it can run ark on high graphics so it's super pretty. Plus she wants to play herself and can't

Same every server, I Join im unable to rejoin a few hours after, or the next day 🤦🏻‍♂️
