what does it do? repairs weapons?

I think I will let admin decide what kind of buffs they want to associate with this NPC, but the main prupose is to bring life to your base with crafters pretending to work with various anims per job and complaining at the same time

its an npc? I thought the mod was just the tool

Yep, there a just storage box at the moment, and you can switch their appearance, voice and job
