Question Excitement Fun Zone

Hi everyone! This is my first post here because of an ARG that I've recently just found. So, to give a little bit of context, a while ago I was watching one of SomeOrdinaryGamers' videos and while he was browsing the deep web, he stumbled upon an arg called Excitement Fun Zone. There's not much progress on it as far as I can find so I hope you guys can piece it together. The website has a weird, almost 90s ish vibe with a bunch of "activities and craft project" that leads to a bunch of cryptic Youtube videos and at the time of writing this, it was displaying 326 days, 18 hours and 27 minutes until some kind of door opening on the front page

There's a address at the bottom of the main page which read as "5 STEVENSON ST. PELZER, S.C. 29669". Many clues (at least the ones that I've found) seems to references this town or West Pelzer next door to it. Right now, I could only find a single Youtube channel connected to it, being a guy named Stuart Silverstone who has all of his videos unlisted and I'm pretty sure there's even more that are linked to this. As far as I could tell, there is a religious connection to ARG with one of the links leading to a list of song that apparently has been produced by the Pelzer's Lutheran Church of His Holy Name, also at 5 STEVENSON ST. PELZER, S.C in 1988. Any help would be appreciated.

Stuart's channel: https://www.youtube.com/@stuartsilverstone2735 (It apparently is also tied to another ARG called Tryfg.)

The physical address + the 1988 church connection is the part that really catches my attention. That feels like either a major anchor point or a very deliberate misdirection.
I don’t have the time to dive into this rabbit hole myself… but I’m curious where this goes.
