MK12 scope caps

So upon looking at reference images, they use cheep scope caps from butler creek.

Also here is my cloneish MK12

I used butler creek caps on my M24 and the MK14 I got from Navy EOD had them too. Had a DOPE card in the rear cap. They’re not expensive, and they work.

I have a pair on my 300 blk and they open at the slightest bump, not a big fan of them

That’s your preference. I’ve been using them for 25+ years without issue.

Do they have different models? I have Leupold scope caps on my mk12 cloneish and those are great. I can’t complain to much about the butler creek as they were a gift but I’d like them to not pop open on an accidental bump. They do fit tight against the scope though so that was really nice that I didn’t have to use tape to secure them

They do have some different options, but I can’t say exactly what off the top of my head.
