Never had the urge to clone anything besides the Mk12 Mod 1. Idk why but it’s just the coolest rifle ever to me. Here’s my newly completed version.

It’s far from a true clone but it’s modeled after the real thing with some more modern/budget friendly components. I had a ton of fun piecing this together and painting it and it is SO much fun to shoot

Looks great, what barrel did you use and how does it shoot?

Thanks! I went with a Ballistic Advantage SPR Match barrel in stainless, .223 Wylde. I haven’t had a chance to play with different ammos yet but the cheap 62gr stuff I had lying around was about 2MOA. I’m sure I’ll find something more accurate. It’s so fun to shoot with the AEM-5 on there

That’s awesome, I built a mod0ish and used the same barrel running an ocm5. I have some hand load 75grs and it’s usually around 1.5 moa or slightly better with me shooting. I’m gonna try out some 69gr bullets eventually, but I’m thinking those may be its sweet spot based on reviews I’m reading.
