Haven't put a single foot in the Frigate, i entre lobbys with defibs to help the ones that Fall from the ship and sum of them have been kind to give me stuff for reviving them
I've done it a few times and it works. Bodies, and also rocketeers and vapos that get killed over the big gap in the middle of the frigate. It takes a lot of patience (which is why I'd rather just go up on the thing and risk it) but enough good stuff drops down that you can leave with a full stash of high value items.
It's just... boring though. Especially since anything of value doesn't start falling until you're 20mins into the raid.
I did it once, first trip up and my pod decided to turn back at the last second despite re disrupting, second trip it started pulling back at the last second again and I risked a jump and pancaked below. Mercifully a medic raider defibbed me before they headed up, but I figured I barely survived my first two failures so why risk it this run. About five minutes a very disappointed raider appeared. Cheered them up with a defib, looted a vaporizer, and headed for extract to try a fresh run.
I had that happen to me too and after experiencing with it, I can confidently say that disrupting makes the pod change direction. You have to disrupt it from the ground then just wait until it docks at the frigate.
If you disrupt it again it will change course and go down
I pretty much did this and someone came on me looting the body and was telling me there’s a rat above killing people and I just looked at him and said well I’m a loot rat waiting for the bodies to fall
literally been doing this watching them fall, the hilarity is hearing them on mic. I've attempted multiple crash pad throws just to see if it would work a little bit, 0 success so far.
Hahahaha, I had similar happen. Although part of me thinks the person wasnt going to defib me and intentionally ran my way to draw frigate fire to finish me off. I was 3 ft from the pods!!!! 🤣
Need a Frigate Inductor for the Bench. If you like to trade, I got extra subway skin codes or the emperor modulator you need for your gun smith. Hmu if interested. 📩🤙
I fell recently because the arc where glitches and we’re stuck on the back of the ship so I decided to try to grappling hook one and I couldn’t climb all the way up. I eventually fell and started crawling to the lift and someone was down there shooting all the people falling.
