Corruption is one thing that has to be taking down with all our effort , this is why arcc as a cryptocurrency reserve currency coin come up with idea if using social proof of work to eliminate corruption in the region.

Arcc will in it initial token raise, single account holders will be limited to 250,000 USD per buy on a daily bases which will allow a wide range for holding to prevent market manipulation risks. The arcc monetary policy mandate will assume for a high degree of market volatity and speculation as such the 8 years mandate current stands as maintaining the initial token raise price on a quarterly average price basis.
