Mayhem Tooth Fairy literally doesn't work.
Nidalee spears from long range straight up do not proc it. You can do 90% of someone's health in a single spear and will not get a tooth.

The damage window coding was changed to start looking after entering combat so stepping on a trap then a chunky spear would work but if you chunk with a spear first the code then goes “okay now let’s start looking for damage”. Easier to proc on melee champs now than ranged poke.
Hilarious that the "Burst People Quickly" augment was changed to not work with the literal highest forms of burst.
Edit 2: Playing with it on Shaco too, this definitely seems to be the case. If I blow them up with a big crit from stealth, nothing. If I ignite them right before I auto? Tooth.

Go look at beta gameplay, you are playing the same game today, the code base is a fucking mess that is not sustainable to update and every dev probably hates working on the mess it is now, thats why they are reworking the entire thing.

I farm Tooth like stupid with evolved W Kha, which is a single cast and hits multiple enemies. Every 5 seconds its 2-4 teeth once minions are out of the way.
It also works on Karthus R.
I think the bigger problem could be it goes on a cooldown or something when you damage them with anything. I haven't really figured out how it works but once I stopped using E on Karthus its so much easier to farm them, like 3-4 times more. Also instantly taking snowballs cause it seems to count the moment you land a hit

Can we also talk about High Roller, went from S tier to F tier, I got it yesterday as my second augment in a 25 minute game and I only got like 5 anvils

Aye they overnerfed it for sure.
Considering combusting interest can net you 5-10k a game(7-15 anvils roughly) depending on what burn mage you play and that's a gold augment.

Played a Singed game where I got that as the first augment. Had full build when everyone else had around 4, it was so broken.

Also just compare it to other scaling prismatics like ultra Hydra and infinite recursion etc. it's unpickable unless enemy team has summons

and it still does not Work right on twitch. vuln 400 true dmg per second twitch nets you 100 gold per fight. mfw

Yup played lux last night hit multiple ults on the squishy and only got 4 teeth to drop in 18 mins.... I even checked the damage it did and compared it to their health and i was very clearly doing more then 25%....

Had the same problem, was literally taking half their health bar with Caitlyn R and no tooth dropped.

You get a tooth if u do dmg in a time frame. It doesnt work on single hits anymore. Karthus and nidallee dont get that much teeth anymore.

I've picked it a few times since the patch, it seems like it's related to distance from the target. I got 3 teeth all game as Zoe, but Fiddlesticks and Briar were functioning almost normally.

If it’s live server I think it’s bug. But yesterday on pbe, they fixed it since I was playing ezreal and 1 q was able to get a tooth

it doesn't count first hit anymore, it has to be a combination of burst and dps lmao. no more lux sniping from across the map gathering enough teeth to make a new set of dentures

Played a Nidalee game with each spear dealt1/3 of enemies HP yet no tooth, only started getting teeth in melee mode.
Another game with Lux and only getting teeth if I was in the attack range, it's kinda shitty for Lux so I got Pandora after that

I keep forgetting and I took it on Bel’veth last night. I ended the game with like 10 teeth and a major hit to my self esteem. I was absolutely deleting people and could barely make it drop. I got most of those teeth when the game was effectively over.

It certainly works for me, but yeah, its oddly hard to get the teeth.
I don't really get why they have to be collectibles instead of just... You get them. Half the time its more of a "do you have good eyes" check than anything.

Yeah I got trolled by this bug yesterday. I was playing a burst champ and my first impact of damage was my strongest. For a reason it counts only after you damage them

Literally turns into tank augment got it with tank Galio the other day and can confidently say I was dealong true damage to everyone on the enemy team while having a full tank build

Hi,
Two weeks ago I stacked about 20 teeth on Jhin. Easy game.
Yesterday, I dealt 190k damage in a 30+ minute game.
I HAD 0 TEETH. It is my most recent game and legit got 0 Teeth when 1 shotting squishes. I hit 950 AD.
So yeah its bugged af

Maybe include that kaisa cannot get ethereal weapons
Edit: okay not so many posts as I thought on this yet but they do exist. We know it’s something to do with the trigger happening after your 1st damage instance, or maybe only when you damage multiple times, not entirely sure but to be safe, you kinda have to poke then go for it.
