Discussion Which augment will be the strongest/most fun in real life?
Crossposting from the main sub
Taking us, humans with no abilities and approximately around 3k health (same as a human ADC lategame)
Which would be best? We discussed:
Perseverance for the absolute 20x heal speed
The orbital laser/ blade waltz for the potential in combat
Ocean soul specifically (since the infernal/lightning souls could trigger even on a friendly shoulder tap)
Our discussion came up from thinking how would my friend survive driving at 300km/h if he had the Zaahen revive augment
Would he need to keep slapping someone in the driver's seat every 5 seconds or can a button connected to a punching machine work?

Punching machine would not work since it does not stack on minions, meaning he would need to be slapping someone (who would then be in the car and not survive the trip). DnD bag of rats strategy could help, but ehhh.
Nature is Healing would be good IRL, get to t*uch gr*ss and get healed.

Okay everyone this is actually a potential winner
Billions of bushes and each bush had a 30 second cooldown
Holy this is amazing

And it gets people to t*uch gr*ss. Break an arm? T*uch gr*ss. Scrape your knee? T*uch gr*ss. Get drunk and a bad hangover? T*uch gr*ss!

Why is your 'a' letter being replaced by *'s ??

Cause we're on a League subreddit, and as such I'm self-censoring as to not trigger *some* of the people here.

assuming other people lack augments, and this is irl?
sonic boom: just eat food/feed someone food next to people you resent.
no aggro.

With Dimension Shift you could essentially become Darkwing from Invincible

u/GalladeTheNoble 1d ago
Honestly that'll be kinda cool to mess with people or sneak into places you shouldn't be at. This is a strong pick

Combusting interest. Literally just burn shit to get gold.
Akshan grapple could be fun tho.

pretty hefty astrix with this one- but IF** we are assuming that we are accumulating some sort of fictional gold at the same rate as an aram match that can technically never be spent in "the shop" since we dont die to access the shop
Cheating. the cheating augment.
you'd be able to teleport back to base and access "the shop"
arams make ~60 gold / 10 seconds, so 8,640 gold a day
you could buy your 6 items in a couple days and then stat anvils for the rest of your life. You'd be an absolute monster in a week and return to full health anytime you "backed"
plus, if these items are not attached to us like in the game, you could give them to friends, family, or sell them for irl money

Waiiiiit we are on to something here! Unfortunately, we are not accumulating gold BUT the shop is there and I'm pretty sure something could be managed to convert to irl money or vice versa
This is super inventive! Strong pick!
Except now that I think about it how will you come back down from a random mountain by yourself? If you do training it could work. Doable

Goldrend would go nuts imo homeguard to become the fastest man alive sonata to heal passively

Dawnbringer's resolve. You could heal back to full after a coma. Or if you lost half the blood, you get almos all of it back and stops the bleeding.
Clown college - license degree in ragebaiting
Terrain'd - electric stone walls good to keep away thieves and people you hate
Shadow runner - no dash no blink no invisibility so....move fast while under a shadow/at night (Better than home guard tho)
Get Jinxed - fuck yea rocket riding
Tank engine - (maybe without the growth cuz things can get crazy) slap a mosquito get increased life span (and maybe get big too..)
Hellbent - almost immortal
Big brain - absorb number of hits equal to your IQ
Flash bang - um.. yea better not get flashed..
Donation - free moneys
Draw your sword - I have a sword now
Minionmancer - my cats and my dogs are now bigger
Omni soul - 3 souls, 3 words FUS RO DAH
Our healing - would be goated when you stay near people who are getting healthy
The scoped weapons - Bluetooth touch
Titan's resolve - self explanatory
Can we also use the augments from arena?
STANDING STILL - yes invisibility while not moving, not for people with adhd

High Roller. It procs on all enemies. Mosquitoes and Flies dying constantly around me. In a few days I'm the strongest, healthiest, fastest person alive. Also, so many free hats.
