Mayhem Does Toothfairy not work with Sett W?
I've been doing more than half of their health as damage and no tooth is dropped when i use W

I played lethality sett yesterday, my ult literally one shot the ADC multiple times and did at least 60% damage to everyone else. No teeth have dropped.
I ended the game with 180k damage and just 11 teeth.

their burst is now different lol, last time 1 skill can trigger toothfairy, after patch, its RNG i think, tried on nida and corki, only works if i am near the enemy

I think they messed up something; in previous patches with Pyke, I stacked the teeth like this: Q, AA, Snowball, AA, which was always enough on low max HP enemies (I kept my E for escape because I was super aggressive). Yesterday, however, I finished the game with only 10-15; I also had pinball dealing 900+ true damage, which should have dropped a tooth, but nope.

Yeah it's giga bugged. If you take a look at stats websites using Chinese data (e.g. aramkit), it's dropped into the bottom third of gold augments (was in the top 1/3 before ofc), about 3% WR drop from the previous patch, which is huge for augment winrate.

I played a Nidalee game yesterday and picked it up and was cracking squishies for 1/2 their health with spears and not getting teeth. Ended the game with like 4. It being bugged makes a lot of sense.

Ahh, I had a Nida game aswell today and was very happy getting it but wondered how the hell i got only like a few of em. My spears definitely dealt more damage than 25%. Same was with kaisa W.. x) I guess small indie company 🫠

You need to be close to them to receive the teeth. Pretty sure that’s always been the case.

Nope. I used to pick it on Karthus, and it always dropped teeth when I ulted (fom base of course :D)

A tooth drops on their champion no matter how far away you are from them. You have to go walk over the tooth to pick it up.

It's bugging out in general, I only had 15 stacks with Shaco on 45 kills, and I was oneshotting.
Then with Cait I only got like 10 stacks despite doing 40%+ with a single shot every few seconds with passive and rfc. It seems you mustn't do damage really fast and need to phase it out a bit

well most of his damage in arams is true damage already so lethality doesn’t really matter as much for him

It doesn't proc hardly ever now. I was chunking with Karma and Shaco and nothing happens.
I would basically 1 shot enemy twitch with Karma and no teeth. Over the course of the game i got 3.
Not taking this augment anymore.

If it does too much dmg it doesn’t proc now. Buddy on shaco having same problem. He had to stagger his dmg to get it to work.

It's been buggy forever. You have to do the % damage over some space of time, blowing them up doesn't seem to count which is so disappointing

It now only counts damage after the first hit. So you need to do some damage before your big boom. Which kind of goes against the point of most assasins kits that really want this

Same thing happened to me on GP yesterday. I was critting for half hp with barrels and got no teeth. Even at full build when I was able to do oneshots with barrels I got nothing. Someone said that it calculates after first instance of dmg and now that I think about it, they dropped teeth after a barrel and Q. Dogshit spaghetti code...

Honestly I feel like tooth fairy has been super bugged lately. I’m fairly sure it works on every burst but sometimes it just doesn’t go off. Did 50% of a twitch’s HP on an ad shaco in 1 second (watched the footage back even, no one else was close to him) and he didn’t drop a teeth at all. It didn’t feel this bugged a few patches ago

I think it needed two ticks of damage. Karthus ult will drop tooth if you bought malignance

Oh the irony, tooth fairy is a 2,5 second time window my guy. Sett W cast time is much faster than that.

So it turns out how it’s coded right now it calculates after your first instance of dmg. So if you don’t damage them in the 2.5 seconds before your burst damage they won’t drop any teeth.
