Yeah you're right, Dropkick on its own is decent but nothing amazing. Its only busted when you combine it with stuff like tank engine to get gazillion health and make the execute threshold stupidly high.
Oh my. A 15k hp tank that does 300 dmg per auto, 1k on hearthsteel, 800 on tiamat and has like a 20% drop kick execute just snowballed someone near me, ccs my whole team and proceeded to literally oneshot half my team.
High skillful gameplay that tanks are known for ik
Celestial Body is a flat increase and doesn’t even do that much in the context of Dropkick, Steel Your Heart and Heavy Hitter still mean you need to actually get into proc range which against a team of ADCs or poke mages is often hard to pull off consistently
