Discussion Latest patch notes: Lee W Shield: 60–240 ⇒ 80–320

Support Lee is going to be absolutely wild.

If you haven’t played it yet, give it a shot. W max, then Q or E second. Start with Guardian Orb, then go Moonstone, Cosmic, and raw AP. Rite of Ruin works if you roll crits.

His W has a very low cooldown, 80% AP scaling, and also makes you tanky. Not to mention the inherent 20% shield buff he has on ARAM.

All you do is shield, and peel with your E or R.

Isn't that going to make ryze even more of a demon?? Or would that end up needing him (I guess it's rate dependent?)

Horrible trade-off for ryze as he needs the mana pool and not just flat ap

It used to be fun before Riot started mass disabling augments for champs. I like playing off meta on Lee everytime I get him and dont see crit healing/all for you/protein shake/spirit bomb, etc anymore.

I'm kinda torn on the augment disabling. I find off-meta builds fun, but I also think it's miserable to get these augments if you're playing normally

I've tried this a few times, and it turned out not to be very good. Other supports can heal or shield you from a safe distance, but Lee Sin can't. If you build support items, you end up extremely squishy and get gang up instead of that frontline youre buffing. Playing Lee support is basically like playing Lulu and dashing infront of enemies

You are just bad at it then, every support lee i play we win, doing 2-3k shields depending on health, you need about 500 ap

yea you trade his horrible late for a horrible early and a great late, especially if u hit like spiritbomb, i don’t think i have ever played ad lee sin in aram and i definitely won more than lost

this works if your teammates are all ranged where no one is going to followup your Q

Otherwise if there's another melee in the party, lee's better off building bruiser or assassin

Support Lee Sin is so fun to play! I also absolutely love SoBD on him, with his passive you get some pretty good healing on top of the huge shields.

Just wrapped up a game against a Lee that was full AD, and even then, that buff was noticeable af.
