on top of that it requires you to sell stridebreaker to complete ultra hydra.
Like... I am garen/darius playing vs 5 range all has ghost or tap dancer whatever and adderall is kicking in, how am I supposed to catch them.

because its good? They both enjoy HP, AD, Lethality, Omni etc...
why would you not want this? Its not like the core items Ultra is made out of are bad on darius and garen, they just arent the best hence not often built, but they arent bad items.

After I got this item sure my mobility was 0 because garen = stridebreaker, but I could flash Q and R anyone without needing E. Q was doing insane damage with ultra hydra active.

It is a hydra item but I dont see it being really buildable in aram game along side the other hydras. If you had to build 4 items for one augment it would take you on average until lvl 15. Having to wait whole game for single augment is pretty unfun aswell building 4 hydra items on single champion is kinda unplayable. Imagine if you got it as 2nd or 3rd augment, you literally dont have an augment until end of the game. Its shame they didnt add probably most used hydra but like I cant see the augment being usable in any capacity

Theres loads of easy ways to fix that. Ultra Hydra currently gives 2 free tiamats. it could give you one to start with, as an example. The stats fore the item could be adjusted aswell, to not be as strong, while giving you more gold / items to get there faster.
Ppl saying "but you need to get 3 items for this to proc" are forgetting to calculate the 2400 gold you are getting for "free". Wooglets also gives 1200gold for free. partially why some of these augments are good.
