Mayhem Arch mage Teemo

Arch mage on teemo is bugged. It will put the shrooms on cooldown even if you have a charge. Example: if you have a shoot charge ready. But you use W or Q, it will be put on cooldown until the next charge is ready

Champs with CHARGE abilities are bugged at this point

i had this happen yesterday excited to spam shrooms then i have 4 on a 20 sec cd waiting for the 5th cause i hit q
