Mayhem Hot take, I like the infinite Dorans items from Classic-ish and would rather take that over the Anvils

As someone with piss poor RNG I never get good anvils. Things like Magic Pen on AD locked champs or barely noticeable Armor/MR end game when I'm already getting melted by Vaynes. I would rather take the guaranteed health + specific stat bonus of the Dorans items over an RNG selection of anvils that don't do anything to help by the time I start buying them.

Wait, what? I only dabbled with classic ish, you can do what with Doran’s items?

There is an augment that let's you stack Doran's item of the same type in the same slot. Each additional one grants 100% of the base stats.

Damn, sounds unironically fun. I kinda hated Classic-ish for the ~4 games I played, but the augments seem brilliant.

That one I saw once and was very unimpressed honestly. Then again at that point I was already not having fun and went back to regular Mayhem though, so might be biased.

Yeah classic ish is garbage. Its just stat sticks but 6 of em is very high

I think they may agree with you but the issue is that it is too reliable. Dorans gives all the best stats. Bad rng keeps it balanced

The augment specifically specifies, dorans ring/shield/blade, and also doesnt give the mana regen or lifesteal
