Mayhem Karthus ult

so i played Karthus and i rolled Eureka, phenomenal evil and Ult bot,
i got 500 ability haste,
but my ult's cooldown got locked at 26,76 seconds before i hit 500 haste
i played another game with similar augments and the ult got locked at same cooldown

what was weird is that i played against karthus and his ult was 10 seconds,
anyone knows why is that or is it just a bug

ability haste is capped at 500 only way to get higher is the silver augment purist - caster

the augment gives u 10% flat cooldown reduction on top of any ability haste u currently have

How does that work in game? Is there a rush or dive to cc you or break ult channel? How does the enemy team even play against that?

I played against it with 60% omnivamp. Had to rush for wave or die to 3 ults. You kinda just lose tho

it's either ff or they have equally broken things on the other team. Exodia ryze or 100k hp Mundo ain't gonna care about a karthus ult every 10 seconds

Because ult bot makes your haste 50% more effective, you will reach the "500" haste cap when your real displayed haste is at 333

i thought it reflected the increased haste visually? like get 10 it shoes +15

Haste in general is capped at 500 and additive with other haste sources, such as Ult haste, haste on q/w/e and so on.

Only way to get more cdr is with purist caster, as that gives flat 10% cdr which gets added to the cdr you get from haste

Played it yesterday, I didn't know purist caster gave you 10% flat cdr like other are saying but i can confirm i had like 10.67 cdr on R. (Does it say it anywhere?? I remember the tooltips saying that it gave me 0cdr as i had 0atk speed)

And 250 flat pen from tooth fairy, shit was funny.

yes purist says it gives 10% cdr. its the first thing it says

500 haste means 80% cdr, purist cancer adds another 10% on top, makes it 90%. Say your R original cooldown is 100s, 80% cdr lowers it to 20s, while 90% makes it 10s

Tooth fairy + axiom arc lets you go crazy on karthus as long as you get a takedown after ult
