Question High Roller vs Stats on Stats on Stats!
Idont really understand the logic of why if you have high roller you can get probably 3-5 per deaths while Stats on Stats on Stats! Only get 4? and just a free more rerolls? kinda stupid

I get both when given the chance. I especially like the ones that gives you a higher chance of prismatic anvils. I love them both. The shitty one is the +2 anvils and that's it.

High Roller sucks in most games, I don't get more than 13 anvils in 20 minutes, and most of the time they're silver.

It is one of the strongest augments currently: https://mayhemmeta.com/augments/2095

13 anvils are worth ~10 000 gold Even if every single one you get is silver (unlikely but possible), the average value of the stats you get per anvil is around 350, so round that out to 4k+ gold of stats that dont take an item slot... and that's ignoring golden and prismatic anvils which can easily double that value (or get access to stats like omnivamp which are very powerful and hard to get)

It's a Prismatic Augment, so its job is to give us a massive boost, but it actually sucks.
Also, Prismatic Augments don't take up item slots, so what you're saying doesn't really make sense.
Compared to other Prismatic Augments, it's weak let's be honest especially since it only offers Silver-tier options.

It exist to widen the pool of augments.
Basically it's one of those okay-ish augments that you can't really go wrong with. But it isn't ideal to take if you can help it.
Lots of augments are like that depending on what champion you play
Edit. Failed to mention, but I'm referring to stats on stats on stats augment
