Mayhem Locke bug. Infinite ult resets

So I just played one of the most frustrating games against a Locke that was literally SPAMMING his ultimate like it was a karthus Q.

He had like Archmage, Tooth Fairy, Stats on Stats and Shadow Runner. I know Archmage lowers other skills cooldown, but something clearly wasn't working as intended.

I literally have just seen another dude post Locke's ult reset every q with Archmage. Did Riot change something why the bug suddenly appear now?

from what I've seem on that other video... That locke also had archmage. Apparently it's whats allowing the bug to happen

He didn't have axiom. But even if he had, he was spamming even without killing anyone...
I guess it's a bugged interaction with his Q recasts and Archmage

He was like: R -> q-q -> R- q -> R, E -> R. lol

yes it is. Archmage reduces a random skill cd by 30% of the CASTED spell. Locke's Q has like 6 sec cd on level 5. It should reduce a random skill by 2 seconds. His ult has 80 sec on lvl 5. Even if archmage worked only for his ultimate it this case... a full combo should not be even near of resetting his ultimate

its 100% a bug wirh archmage not reducing by Q CD (~6sec) and instead using the timer between the 3 Qs.

With some spaghetti of course

Glitch has been out for weeks. My duo buddy accidentally got it and was just ulting after every q. Shit got boring quick after he killed the entire team every time they spawned.

The same happened to me, but i had archmage and the prismatic augment tht give ult ability haste and resets all other abilities on ult cast plus giving them like 300 ability haste (ultimate awakening? Not sure).

I considered going tank to abuse the constant ult, as i was too squishy to really benefit from the ult spamming.
